All Architectural Control Committee (ACC) requests must be submitted to Management Services via one of the below preferred methods:
Primary:
Submit the ACC forms along with supporting documents through the Owner Portal at: https://managementservices.appfolio.com/connect/users/sign_in

The Architectural Review Form must be filled out and pictures or drawings of the required change provided with the request.
Tree Removal, New Construction (House additions, garages, sheds, decks and fences) must be approved by the ACC in writing.
Please do not submit a request directly to the ACC members, Management Services will track the request and send it to the ACC to ensure timely responses for the request.
